Kannadaparichaya ("we") runs this website to offer live Kannada classes. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and, if you add it, your phone/WhatsApp number.
- Enrolment and payment records: the batches you join and the payment screenshot you upload.
- Messages: anything you send through the contact form.
We do not collect card or bank details; payments are made directly by UPI.
Why we use it
To create your account, confirm your seat, verify your payment, send class details, reminders and schedule changes, and answer your questions. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Google Firebase (sign-in)
